What is the Refund/Exchange Policy?
We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order. We are more than happy to accommodate eligible* returns within 10 days of receiving your order.
We provide returns for a store credit on all products , however we do not provide returns on lashes. All lashes are final sale.All hair returns will be subject to a 15% restocking or exchange fee. KnotHairstyle does not offer any exchanges , however hair can be returned for a store credit only. ALL items must be in original unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached condition.
How do I make a return?
Easy: e-mail us at email@example.com and let us know your order #. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a store credit, as opened merchandise will not be refunded for a store credit. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
• Extensions must be in all of its original packaging & not be removed from the from the packaging.
• Promotional items must be included with your return for a refund. Any purchase using a promotional code for a Free Product must also include the free product to receive a refund for a store credit. Full purchase price of free product will be deducted from your store credit if you decide to keep the item.
Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because KnotHairstyle will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
Why are hair products and lashes opened non-refundable?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone – other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons
What payment is accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards with Visa, American Express , Discover and Mastercard. Please note that ALL transactions are in USD.
May I return my KnotHairstyle hair without contacting you?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
